We use premium technical fabrics including X-Pac (VX21 and VX42) and Cordura 500D. All hardware is from trusted manufacturers: YKK zippers, Duraflex buckles, and Hypalon tabs.

Products made with X-Pac materials are highly water-resistant with a waterproof rating of 10,000mm. While they can handle rain and splashes, we don't recommend submerging them in water.

Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush. Allow to air dry completely before storage. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable. Contact us to initiate a return.

Yes, all GEOM products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents.

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days with photos of the defect. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
