We use high-quality, high-tech fabrics such as X-Pac, ULTRA, Cordura, UltraGrid, and Hypalon. All hardware comes from trusted brands: YKK zippers and plastic hardware, and Fidlock magnetic buckles.

All products made from high-tech materials such as X-Pac, Ultra, Cordura, and UltraGrid are highly water-resistant. While they can withstand rain and splashes, we do not recommend submerging them in water.

Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush. Allow to air dry completely before storage.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Custom orders are not eligible for return. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Yes, all GEOM products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents.

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days with photos of the defect. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
