Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [geombags@gmail.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please note that custom-made products, special orders, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10 business days]. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
