Follow these guidelines to preserve its structural integrity and water-resistant properties.

Cleaning

• Hand Wash Only: The best way to maintain your product is to wipe it down with a damp, soft cloth or sponge using lukewarm water (up to 30°C/86°F).
• Mild Detergents: Use only technical fabric cleaners (like Nikwax Tech Wash) or mild, unscented soap if necessary.
• What to Avoid: Do not use laundry detergents, bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh stain removers. These chemicals can degrade the laminate and clog the material's fibers.
• Gentle Handling: If there is stubborn dirt, use a soft-bristled brush with light pressure. Avoid scrubbing, as abrasive friction can damage the surface finish of the fabric.

Drying & Storage

• Air Dry Naturally: Always allow your item to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid Heat: Never use a tumble dryer, radiator, heater, or hairdryer. Excessive heat can cause the material to warp or delaminate.
• Store Properly: Keep your gear in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid storing it folded for long periods if possible to prevent permanent creases in the laminate.

Important Prohibitions

• No Machine Wash: Machine washing is strictly discouraged as it puts unnecessary mechanical stress on the laminate.
• No Ironing: Ultra is heat-sensitive; ironing will permanently ruin the fabric.
• No Dry Cleaning: Chemical dry cleaning processes will destroy the material's protective layers.

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 week after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note: if you are purchasing a custom-made item, processing may require a few additional days. During peak seasons or holiday sales, slight shipping delays may occur.

Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination address of the package.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
